Oladapo Olaitan Olaonipekun, also known as Dagrin, Barrack O’ Grin & Lyrical Werre (21 October 1987 – 22 April 2010). Late Nigerian indigenous rap star, whose style of rapping incorporated Yoruba, English and Pidgin with his music touching on ethnicity, pride and survival in the slums. Not only did he make hits, Dagrin blessed other artistes’ body of work with his lyrical prowess.

Today makes it exactly 10 years that we lost Legendary rapper, Barrack‘O’Grin to cold hands of death.

The CEO (Chief Executive Omo-ita) as he fondly calls himself dies on the 22nd April 2010 in a fatal accident.
