Let’s Talk: Do You Think Dagrin’s Death Pave Way for Olamide to get Into the Music Industry

As we all know that the music industry is not an easy one for any upcoming artist to join, so we bring you this topic to be discussed on.

Oladapo Olaitan Olaonipekun popularly known as Dagrin was an indigenous rapper who rapped in his native language (Yoruba). He was one of the major celebrities in the music industry within the year 1994 to 2010.

In the year 2010, Dagrin died in a car accident which shook the industry as the main indigenous rapper is gone. But within a little time, Olamide Adedeji (Baddo) came into the industry to succeed the late Dagrin in rapping in his native language which was widely accepted in the music industry.

Now controversies came in as some people said if Dagrin was alive, no one would have recognized Olamide in the music industry while some others said Olamide showcased his raw talent which would make him get into the music industry even if Dagrin was alive.
